What kind of apartments do you have?
The Hancock has 58 apartment suites and approximately 25 different floor plans. Each apartment is unique. All suites have original hardwood floors. Some suites feature private decks, exposed brick and beams. All suites have granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave), garbage disposals, and full size washer/dryer.

1 bedrooms from $650 - $995                 1 bedrooms + loft from $895
2 bedrooms from $995 - $1195               1 bedroom penthouse $1500


What is included in the rent?
Each apartment suite will be required to pay a $99 amenities fee each month. This fee includes trash, water, sewer, high speed internet access, and cable television with HBO.  Residents will be billed for their electric used the previous month on the amenities fee bill received each month.

What is the pet policy?
The Hancock allows pets under 25 pounds at full adult weight. We require a $300 pet fee.  This is not a deposit and is nonrefundable. We do not charge any additional monthly fees.
